We want every homeowner who reaches out to Bloodexecution Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Bloodexecution Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach out to the agency that regulates pest control in New York.
Email contact@bloodexecution.property and include:
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
